01Easy returns
- Unopened food and treats within 7 days.
- Unused toys and supplies within 7 days, in the original packing.
- Opened food cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
02Damaged or wrong items
- Tell us within 24 hours with a photo.
- We replace the item free on the next delivery.
03Refunds
Refunds go back the way you paid — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, card or cash — within three working days.
