Are your products genuine?

Yes. We buy directly from brands and authorised importers, and every pack is checked for its batch and expiry date.

How fast is delivery?

Same day inside Dhaka for orders before 3 PM, and 24–48 hours to the rest of Bangladesh.

Can I return pet food?

Unopened packs can be returned within 7 days. If a product arrives damaged, we replace it free.

How do I choose the right food?

Look at your pet's age, size and any allergies — or message us and our pet nutrition team will suggest a food.

Do you offer cash on delivery?

Yes — cash on delivery, bKash, Nagad, Rocket and cards are all accepted.

Free on orders over ৳2,000, and ৳80 for smaller orders.

04Can I return pet food?

Unopened packs can be returned within 7 days. Damaged or wrong items are replaced free.

05How do I choose the right food?

Think about your pet’s age, size, activity and any allergies — or message us and our pet nutrition team will suggest a food.

06How should I switch my pet to a new food?

Mix a little of the new food with the old one and increase it slowly over seven days.

07Do you have food for pets with allergies?

Yes — grain-free and single-protein recipes. Ask us which one fits your pet.

08How do I pay?

Cash on delivery, bKash, Nagad, Rocket or card at checkout.

09Do you supply shelters and breeders?

Yes. We offer better prices for rescue shelters, breeders and clinics on regular orders — contact us for a quote.
